Uninstalling all the devices in the Universal Serial Bus Controllers and then restarting. I have check multiple websites for fixes and followed some of them with no success. As youve concerned, the device descriptor request failed error is a generic unknown USB problem, so its reasonable to suspect a driver issue at present.
